College Faculty Recruitment Announcement 2026

I. About the College

Inner Mongolia Honder College of Arts and Sciences, formerly known as Honder College of Inner Mongolia Normal University, is a full-time private undergraduate higher education institution approved by the Ministry of Education of the People’s Republic of China. The college began enrolling undergraduate students in 2008; obtained approval to offer international student education in 2010; launched dual-degree education in 2016 and was designated as a pilot College for the transformation and development of undergraduate institutions in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region; gained qualification for enrolling students in the “college-to-undergraduate” program in 2017. On March 18, 2020, with the approval of the Ministry of Education (Letter of Education Development [2020] No. 16), it was successfully restructured into an independent private undergraduate college, becoming the first of its kind independently established in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.

The college currently has four campuses: Main Campus, North Campus, Tali Campus, and Yunzhong Campus. The first three are located in Xincheng District, Hohhot, in close proximity to one another, as well as to Baita Airport and Hohhot East Railway Station. Yunzhong Campus, situated on the bank of the Yellow River in Tuoketuo County, serves as a practical teaching base. It offers 32 undergraduate programs and 3 vocational programs covering six disciplinary categories: economics, education, literature, engineering, management, and art. With more than 19,000 full-time students, the college has produced and sent over 42,000 graduates into society by 2025.

In recent years, the college has continuously expanded its scale of operation, achieved remarkable educational outcomes, and enhanced its reputation and prestige. It has successively received honors including “National Advanced Independent College”, “Excellent Private Higher Education Institution in China”, “Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Safe Campus”, and “Advanced Collective of the Regional Education System”. The Party Committee of the college has been awarded titles such as “Advanced Party Committee of Inner Mongolia Normal University”, “Advanced Primary-Level Party Organization of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region”, and “Demonstration Site for ‘Six Excellence’ Party Organizations among Social Organizations”.

III. Recruitment Requirements

1. Hold firm political stance, love the cause of education, possess good moral character and professional ethics, and be in good physical and mental health.

2. Candidates with university teaching experience, relevant professional titles, or vocational skill certificates are preferred.

3. Mandarin proficiency must be at Level 2-B or above; for teachers of Chinese language and literature-related majors, the requirement is Level 2-A or above.

IV. Recruitment Procedures

1. Submit Application Materials (File naming format: “Full Name + Applied Major”)

(1). Personal resume;

(2). Applicant Information Registration Form (Attachment 1 and Attachment 2);

(3).Scanned copies of academic degree certificates, award certificates, and other relevant supporting documents.

2. The college will conduct phased screening based on position requirements. Candidates selected for interviews will be notified by phone.

3. Candidates who pass the interview will participate in a trial lecture organized by the college.

4. The list of proposed hires will be determined based on comprehensive interview and trial lecture scores.

5. Proposed hires will be notified to undergo a physical examination. Upon passing the examination, an employment agreement will be signed.
