Notes:
1. No personal information or relevant background details may be directly or indirectly disclosed in the text of this loose-leaf form; failure to comply will result in disqualification from evaluation.
2. The project title must be identical to that stated in the Application Form. For prior relevant research achievements, only the title, form (e.g., journal article, monograph, research report), author order, and whether the publication is a core journal shall be listed. Do not include author names, affiliations, or similar information. Completed or ongoing projects undertaken by the applicant, as well as achievements unrelated to the current project, may not be listed as prior research results. The applicant’s prior research results shall not be included in the references.
