1. The contents of the contract must be filled in in detail and accurately. Please complete the form electronically in accordance with the provided template specifications, and print double-sided on A4 paper.
2. Party A refers to the Northern Rock Art Research Base, Key Research Base of Humanities and Social Sciences in Institutions of Higher Education of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region; Party B refers to the Project Undertaking Unit.
3. Party B must fill in the date after signing and sealing the contract (the date of signing and sealing).
4. There are two original copies of the contract, one for Party A and one for Party B.

III. Method of Fund Disbursement The funds shall be disbursed in a lump sum to the Project Undertaking Unit upon the signing of this Contract. |
General Provisions
Both parties hereto shall abide by the following provisions:
1. The funding for general projects is RMB 5,000 yuan, and the funding for key projects is RMB 10,000 yuan. The funding shall be disbursed in a lump sum, either upon the signing of this Contract or upon passing the final project review. The funding shall be managed by the Project Undertaking Unit and used in accordance with the relevant financial rules of the Unit and the Administrative Provisions for Fund Projects of the Northern Rock Art Research Base. Units with conditions are encouraged to provide matching funds.
2. Without the consent of Party A, Party B shall not alter the research topic or basic research content.
3.Party B shall submit the final project materials to Party A before the project deadline. Party A shall organize experts to conduct the final review, and a project completion certificate will be issued upon passing the review.
4. The copyright of the research results of this project shall be jointly owned by the Northern Rock Art Research Base, Key Research Base of Humanities and Social Sciences in Institutions of Higher Education of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. When the project results are publicly published or released, they must indicate "Funded by the 2025 Project (with project number) of the Northern Rock Art Research Base, Key Research Base of Humanities and Social Sciences in Institutions of Higher Education of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region". Failure to do so will result in non-recognition of the results.
5. During the execution of this Contract, except for force majeure, if Party B revokes the Contract or is unable to continue its execution for any reason, it shall refund part or all of the disbursed funds depending on the circumstances, and relevant personnel shall be held accountable.
6. Research results must be submitted strictly in accordance with the time limit specified in this Contract. Failure to complete the project on schedule, or submission of research results involving obvious fraud, plagiarism, or infringement of others' intellectual property rights, shall be handled as project withdrawal. In serious cases, the matter will be reported to the social credit management authority, and the project principal and key participants shall be prohibited from applying for projects of the Northern Rock Art Research Base, Key Research Base of Humanities and Social Sciences in Institutions of Higher Education of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region for a period of 5 years.
7. Party A shall be responsible for supervising and inspecting the implementation of the terms of this Contract, ensuring their performance, and resolving issues arising during the execution of the Contract.
Project Fund Budget Form Notes: 1. 1. The project principal shall prepare the budget scientifically, reasonably and realistically in accordance with the research needs and expense scope of the project. 2. 2. The project principal shall strictly implement the approved project budget. If adjustment is indeed necessary, approval shall be obtained in accordance with relevant regulations.

Project Principal's Commitment: I accept the funding support from the Northern Rock Art Research Base, and undertake to abide by the Administrative Measures for Projects of the Northern Rock Art Research Base and the Administrative Provisions for the Use of Project Funds of the Northern Rock Art Research Base. I shall provide true project information, use the project funds in accordance with laws and regulations, and promptly report any major changes in the use of funds.
