Announcement on the Project Approval of Northern Rock Art Research Base for 2025

On November 14, 2025, in accordance with The Administrative Measures for Fund Projects of the Northern Rock Art Research Base, Key Research Base of Humanities and Social Sciences in Institutions of Higher Education of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, the Public Notice on the Project Approval of Northern Rock Art Research Base for 2025 was issued. The public notice period has now expired, and the official list of approved projects is hereby released (Attachment 1).

All project principals shall download The 2025 Project Approval Contract of the Northern Rock Art Research Base, Key Research Base of Humanities and Social Sciences in Institutions of Higher Education of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region (Attachment 2), and sign two printed copies of the contract. In accordance with Clause 1 of the general provisions of the Project Approval Contract, tax-invoiced receipts shall be issued: 10,000 yuan for key projects and 5,000 yuan for general projects. The name of the official seal affixed by the undertaking entity on the contract cover must be consistent with the account opening bank name of the payee.

Project contractors shall submit the signed contracts and invoices to the Northern Rock Art Research Base, Inner Mongolia Honder College of Arts and Sciences before November 30. Failure to submit documents on schedule will be regarded as project withdrawal. To avoid mail loss, all documents must be delivered by SF Express.
